Scope of Work:
Since 2010, Wallace Group has assisted DLT as a valued partner in their mission to “conserve and care for the lands and waters that sustain central Oregon, so local communities and the natural work can flourish together for generations to come.”
We provide DLT with a comprehensive suite of engineering and environmental consulting services, including:
Over the past decade, we have done work for projects such as Camp Polk Meadow, Ochoco Preserve, Priday Ranch, Wychus Canyon Preserve and Rimrock Ranch.
Challenges:
Working in DLT’s sensitive wetland, meadow, forest, and high desert range environments requires diligence and planning to safeguard and protect the native plant, fish and wildlife species. Wallace Group takes pride in working with DLT staff and local landowners to develop creative and effective technical work plans that benefit stakeholders, regulatory agencies and conservations groups alike.
“Scott and the entire Wallace Group crew have been a huge help as we help conserve and restore wildlife habitat throughout Central Oregon. Whether it’s helping us understand groundwater systems, assessing minerals issues, removing old structures, or just ensuring we know what we’re getting into in terms of the environmental aspects of new projects, the Wallace Group has always delivered a professional product on time.”
